70Materia opens a showroom in Milan

70Materia is opening a new showroom at BasicVillage, in the Farini district of Milan. The space, designed by architect Enricomaria Todaro, has been conceived to offer city professionals a sophisticated, immersive experience combining design and quality craftsmanship.

In order to convey the brand’s values linked to the territory and sustainability, 70Materia has developed two new versions of the Progetto line especially for the new opening in Milan: Progetto Candoglia and Progetto Verde Alpi. Progetto Candoglia is a blend created from white Candoglia marble with pink veins, used to build the city’s cathedral. Progetto Verde Alpi, springing from an aggregate of green Italian marble, pays tribute to the iconic entrance halls of the city's palazzi. These materials have been used to create two customised tables featuring essential geometric lines, as well as a number of Fondamenta washbasins.

An installation at the entrance to the showroom reflects the essence of the brand in a fragmented form. This conceptual approach gradually unveils the brand’s distinguishing features in a visual itinerary that breaks down and reassembles the identity of 70Materia and invites visitors to explore its hallmark fusion of materials, shapes and functionality.
